Unified Call List

The Unified Call List and Hot List Feature allows you to create a list of Contacts / Call IDs containing information pertaining to the different Conventional signaling types, Trunking coverage types, and / or Phone connectivity parameters. Once, the Contacts / Call IDs are defined, they are used to build individual Call Hot Lists which are then selected for Conventional or Trunking Personalities.
